1. General Information
- Bliss Haven Villas/Rooms are offered for short-term rental for holiday and leisure purposes only.
- By making a booking, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
- A booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed prior to check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or approved online payment gateways.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: 100% refund of advance.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in date: advance payment is non-refundable.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
5. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.
- Any damage or loss caused to furniture, fittings, or property will be charged to the guest.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms/villas. Designated outdoor areas may be used.
- Pets are allowed only if specified at the time of booking.
6. Occupancy
- Each villa/room has a defined maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.
- Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless included in the booking.
7. Facilities & Services
- Complimentary Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and essential amenities are provided.
- Use of swimming pool, garden, or other shared facilities must be done responsibly.
- The management reserves the right to restrict use of facilities in case of misuse.
8. Liability
- Bliss Haven is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or injuries during the stay.
- Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and travel insurance.
9. Force Majeure
- In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic, etc.), Bliss Haven reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. Guests will be offered rescheduling or partial refunds as per management discretion.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
