Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 days before arrival: 100% refund of advance

Cancellation 6–3 days before arrival: 50% refund of advance

Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: No refund
Occupancy

Visitors are not allowed
Age Policy

Children 5 years and below: No stay charges

Guests above 5 years will be charged as applicable
Liability & Safety

Guests use all facilities (terrace, lounge, pool, etc.) at their own risk

Management is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses due to negligence or misuse

In case of emergency, contact the caretaker or management immediately
Other Policies

Management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings

Any damage to property, furniture, or fixtures will be charged at actual cost

Music volume must be kept low after 10:00 PM
Termination Rights

Management reserves the right to cancel bookings due to emergencies (advance will be refunded)

Guests violating property rules or involved in misconduct may be denied accommodation or evicted

Terms & conditions may change without prior notice
Force Majeure
Bliss Haven shall not be liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, power failures, government regulations, or pandemics.
